I feel you, I am trying to do the same thing. They disconnected my line without telling me when I haven't breached their T&Cs now I chasing them to get help fixing their mistake and no one will talk to me. I did manage to get through yesterday and was told someone will call me that day. Still no response. TPG help me to not hate you. ... View more

No NBN internet

No NBN internet for days now. No response from technical support. Tried troubleshooting modem everyday, even a few times a day and still nothing. Checked NBN outages and no known outages for my address or area. I am paying for unlimited NBN internet when I don't even have any, and should be compensated at least for the lack of service and the fact I have no bloody internet TPG 🤬 ... View more
