No Tech Support at all

Is anyone else sick of calling for support and getting rude and unhelpful people that hang up on you when you ask them to check your setting are correct? Time for a change I'm thinking....

Hi maybe if someone helpful and knew what they are doing could help reconfigure my modem that would be great.

Hi @Pucker44 

 

There is an NBN fault lodged in our systems for your NBN-FTTN 50/20 and it says an NBN tech is scheduled to attend your service Thurs 28/5 8-12pm.

 

Things going well they should restore your service.

 

Just for records, is it a TPG supplied modem you will be using?

But in saying all that, i can see your modem is up and has been authenticated for 24mins now.

Maybe NBN fixed it early and without a site visit.

Why don't your tech support team take time to help people instead of blaming it all on the line?

No fault on the line at all and no need for tech support because I fixed it myself. Also lost me as a customer.

It can be hard helping when not there in person. Everyone is different.

We have excellent guides to help people best we can, and to the best of each customers varying abilities.
