I don’t have internet NBN connection for the last 9hrs and the disappointing part is trying to call help support and no one is picking up!!!

 Could you pls Private message me with your Customer ID/ Username,Address and Contact number so I can assist you. You can also lodge a fault using TPG mobile apps from your mobile.
