Since school finished I have to keep opening new pages or refresh pages for at least 30 minutes until I get a response from the addresses I am attempting to open. I am using Internet performance in my Windows Task Manager sofware. I pay $99.00 a month for this so called service.
If it does not resolve I will be transferring to another ISP.
