After after 1 month nbn came out to rectify service. Now modem not configured. Been on phone AGAIN. For 45 mins . They said they’d call us back over an hour ago . Of course they didn’t . I could cry in frustration. I’m a teacher and no lessons prepared for tomorrow. Never ever again TPZg , lodged complaint with ombuds
