No connection

Hi tpg your rubbish modem you send has broke in 12 hours and the other modem I have will not connect to internet stuck on a red light with no support and the wrong link to support page when you call up it amazes me how you are still in business I keep getting emails saying plug in your modem you aren’t connected even tho I was for 12 hours till the brand new modem died there’s something seriously wrong on your end of the line please fix this
