No connectivity with NBN box

I have set up everything as recommended but I still have problems getting all lights up with the NBN box. Only one light is up and the second (chain) is flashing. I’ve disconnected and connected again multiple times but it appears that I do not have signal.

It has been a week now and I’m very disappointed trying to call TPG several times but unsuccessful. I sprained the problem I’m having once over the phone and TPG was going to action on this but nothing.

I am a loyal customer who depend of internet to work, especially at this time with COVID-19 and I’m about to loose my job because of the incompetence of TPG that told me the NBN was ready in this area (post code: 2036)

I am just waiting very furiously with a call or some technician to come to the building to check it
