No dial tone on phone or internet

I’ve recently installed my modem and phone. However, I am getting no dial tone and internet connection. Even though I received an email confirmation that this had all be installed on the 17th March 2020.

Before attempting the troubleshooting steps, we recommend that you do the following below.

  • Check our Service Status at
  • "Power cycle" your ADSL modem. This means turning your modem off and waiting for one minute before turning it back on again. This allows your modem to reestablish connection to our server.

In your case, there's a fault within the copper network and our Engineers lodged it with Telstra. Their attending technician restored your service after repairing the fault within the line.
