I've logged a ticket on Thursday but reaching out as it appears other people are affected by as well. I'm unable to access my emails at all... Tried via app on my phone and TPG Post Office. I also couldn't access My Account until I called and was assisted with a password reset as could get to my email to reset it. No-one can tell me what the issue is. I've called about 10 times for updates and I'm constantly just told it will be escalated and I will be called back. Yesterday I requested an email forward to a Gmail address as an interim and was advised it would be done, but hasn't... Just called again for an update and again, someone will have to call me back... What is going on TPG??? Have you been hacked and shut down accounts???
