No home internet since yesterday morning ! Got message from tpg that they are investigating outage in my area, and will

No home internet since yesterday morning... (26 Dec '23). Got message from Tpg, that there is Nbn outing in my area, and they'll send any updates, which they haven't...Tried to call tpg, 27 min later, still waiting... Checked the Nbn website, it says "No outage in your area" !?!?... So hoping to get some answers here...
