No home phone

no home phone since the new modem arrived 2 weeks ago, tried to connect to chat support but impossible to access as they are always busy and am advised to try again later. I already posted on this community page and recieved a reply email saying I will be contacted in 24-48 hours, that was 6 days ago. How useless is TPG, months of problems with poor quality Archer modems. Time to find a new provider
