Get online support
Internet has been fine until this morning. All lights on except "Internet" light on modem. Have conducted all type/ level 1 troubleshooting. What is going on?

Hi,
can you disconnect modem from socket. do you have any other socket where home phone or any else equipments are connected. I have tried to contact you but no answer from your mobile so please give me best contact number so i can do some troubleshooting.

I have created Telstra fault ticket ( # 59492429 ) due to line issue based on troubleshooting. We will update you once we receive confirmation from Telstra.
