No internet Access for three days

Hi,

 

I don't have internet access for three days.  This constantly dropping-off internet access issue has been going on for four months and until today nothing has been resolved.

 

Do I still need to pay for the time when the internet is down?  

 

Also, who is still available to fix up the disconnection problem?

 

If anyone from TPG can provide a contact number so that I can access, that will be appreciated.
