Just activated my NBN. But there's no internet connection at all.
NCD connection light keep flashing red and there's no outage around my areas.
Tried all phone socket no luck.
Waited for hours try to get someone for online chat no luck! They keep end conversation!
Need internet so I can WORK FROM HOME!!!!
