Get online support

No internet. No ONLINE light and UPSTREAM light flashing/blinking

My home internet went down at around 2pm yesterday and hasn't come back since (no outage or planned maintenance). I've tried turning on and off the modem and the router and tried resetting both but to no avail. On the NBNmodem(black box), the power and DOWNSTREAM lights are steady and the UPSTREAM is flashing. The ONLINE light is off.
Called TPG multiple times, been put on hold for hours and yet no solution. Every time a new story and redirected to a new person to talk to.

The modem (black box) is Arris CM8200

Thanks for the reply. However, It was something wrong with nbn network (just few connections). They fixed this morning and it's working fine since then.
