There are no reported outages in my area (2122) but I've been experiencing issues with my internet (NBN modem power on and others not working/flashing). Can I get a confirmation whether there is a reported issue in my area?

If your address is not listed, send us a private message and we'll check your service.
You may also try rebooting your modem or reset it.
