it has been three days no internet can use.
I checked all the possibilities but I don't know where is the issue
I checked the router in admin mode(TP-link), and I found out there is no IP address distrub to me!
and I also change my internet cable to my router but it doesn't work.
Furthermore I checked the outage status but there is no outage within my area.
How can I fixed this problem?
and I also can ask for the compensation to this situation?
Hi @Teddyan0821, we can see that the issue has been escalated to our Engineering Team. We have made a follow up and we have advised the case engineer to contact you as soon as a new update becomes available.
We have also advised them to assess a billing adjustment as soon as the issue is resolved.
