Get online support

No internet & no landline from TPG for 4 weeks but TPG is charging me the fee for landline!!!!!

Im just a random bystander reading this..

 

It's a shame that NBNCo / TPG still have NOT gotten you a NBN connection. (I looked up the address in most RSPs checkers)

You are still SC12 - Jumpering required. (FTTB NBN)

 

I think NBNCo are telling you porkies in relation to why they cant get you connected.

The fact that you even got a registered cabler in to look at the internal wiring and outlined and waited for the NBNCo Tech.

 

You still arent connected till this date.

 

Crazyyyyyyyyy, it should be a quick 5min job to jumper you onto the correct MDF for NBN.

 

If I was you, I'd be looking at other providers.

 

The fact that you are being charged a service for which is not active surely you can easily go to ACCC or TIO to lodge a complaint.
