No internet and no support

Hi.
My internet has been on and off the past two weeks. I have tried all the troubling shooting techniques and still no luck. Every time I call I’m usually on hold for 2 to 3 hours and still not getting attended too.
I can’t believe how terrible this service is and the lack of support.
