No internet and phone

I have no internet and phone for 3 days now in castle hill.
I tried calling tpg but all I get is an automated message.
I sent lots of emails but with no replies
I don’t want tpg nbn any more because there support .
They don’t care wether the internet or phone works as longe as they have a contract to take your money.
