Hi we had a power outage this morning and the internet has not worked since. I have reset both the gateway and the FTCC device, but no luck. The blue light on the FTCC just keeps flashing and the gateway DSL light is not on. I have looked at a number of posts on this issue but it seems that a technician must be called to assist?

A technician from TPG did not call me and I was becoming desperate for internet. You said that the two devices were out of sync, so I ended up disconnecting the modem and the NBN device from absolutely everything, then powering each up and resetting them, then turning the power off again before connecting both to everything again. It worked - sheer luck of course.
