We were able to locate your account using your community details and understand that you've managed to contact our Tech team yesterday to report this issue.
They've found out that the device that you were using was a router only device, which is why it is not getting any connection from the ADSL server. We understand that they've advised you to change it with an ADSL modem/router for it to work.
Once an ADSL modem/router is connected, you need to make sure that the configuration is correct in order for the internet service to work.
