No internet connection for days

Please help. we haven't had any internet connection for days. We tried resetting the modem a couple of time log into 192.168.1.1 but wouldn't connect. We tried calling technical support for 2 days now and no answer.

We would love to help see what happened on your service and get this rectified. We tried to use your community details to pull up the account unfortunately it does not show any matching records on file.
 

We'd like to get your account details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file).
