No internet connection, no DSL light

Hi, I've got ADSL2+, with Draytek Vigor2500V. There's no DSL light on the modem and I've tried the factory reset. However, I was unable to bring up the router configuration page on the computer without the internet connection. Please help.

Hi @SC, we can see that a TPG technician came out today and was able to identify a modem issue.


Our Engineering Team is working on sending a new modem and will revert to you via SMS or a phone call as soon as new updates become available.
