No internet connection / no one replying/ no technical support

I am trying to approach any one from TPG from last couple of days (see my posts earlier ) my internet is not working from last couple of days ..working from home and wifi is essential ..borrowed internet device from some one else and thats how i m working right now . No body is listening from TPG . I am going to write to telco authority and to the new papers if no body approached to me today

I’m in the same boat! Only online chat available. It’s been telling me for 2 days to try later. I swear I’ve been trying every 10 minutes. Help TPG!!
