Get online support
Hello,
I am a new TPG customer, but after techincist installed the NBN modem on last wednesday, i still don't have any internet connection at this point. I find my ONLINE light in connection box is staying off, maybe that is the reason.I already sent this issue to tpg by the app, it only reply a message but no practical actiion.
I need someone can help me fix this connection issue.Thank you!
