No internet connection

Sometime while I was asleep between 11pm - 4am the internet just stopped working. All lights on both devices are on except for the internet light on the netcomm modem. Have tried resetting multiple times and complete power off/on but no changes
No idea what cause it to stop working when nothing was touched at the time

Does it happen every night or just random night?

When you advised that you tried resetting it, do you mean the factory reset by pressing the button inside the pinhole?
