Get online support
I have had no internet connection for over a week. I have followed all the troubleshooting steps as stated on your website and still no luck. There are no planned maintenance or outages for the area I live in. When I check my connection status on the app, I get all green ticks saying my service is online. I have noticed that the light for 2.5ghz and 5ghz is not on? I've turned on and off from modem and from wall at separate times and nothing seems to be fixing it. No one in my household can connect to the internet, it is not displaying in wifi settings on mobile at all.

If the 2.4GHz and 5GHz light is off, then it is possible that they were turned off or disabled.
Look for a button to turn on the WLAN/2.4GHz and 5GHz band network.
It may be on the sides or top of the device.
