No internet connection

Hi,

We had an unscheduled service disruption this afternoon. NBN was showing a problem at my address but has been showing no issues for approx the last two hours. I still have no internet connection and gave up with the call centre after over an hour on hold.
I have reset the router multiple times.. the dsl connection comes up ok but not internet.
Any suggestions?
