No internet connection

We have had 2 technicans come out to set up nbn and again its not set up but we had adsl and now have no internet connection for the last 2 weeks almost. Please help

We were able to locate your account using your community details and have seen that the NBN installation is still in progress.

 

We'll chase this with our Service delivery team and have your case manager to contact you between 12PM - 1PM today to provide further updates with your NBN order.

Hi @B0ndibeach,

 

I understand that you were able to speak with our Service delivery team and was advised that the ADSL service should work since NBN is not yet installed.

 

The case was escalated to our Engineering team for further investigation and a possible Telstra technician will be requested to check and fix the fault within the copper network.

 

Further updates will be given by the assigned Engineer within 24 to 48 hours via SMS or phone call.

We've seen that the Telstra Technician was able to fix the copper line issue and now your service has been connected for 5h 58m. Let us know should you require further assistance.
