No internet connection

This morning my nbn modem had a red light flashing. I disconnected everything and reset it but to no avail. I have turned it off at the power and let it be for a number of hours.

I repeated all the disconnection and reconnected all plugs and reset it. I've repeated this a number of times but the red light keeps flashing and making a clicking sound. Occasionally the red flashing light will change to a blue flashing light for a few minutes then back to red.

It makes the clicking sound with both red and blue light.

Let us help sort this out, red flashing light on the NBN box means a potential line fault. Shoot us a PM with your details so we can proceed initial investigation.
