It's been a few days since I spoke about the technical issue with the modem, and the staff told that she will put this as an urgent case as it is so. But there has been no call or sms since then. Broadband service has already commenced, so I'd like to get it fixed ASAP otherwise commencing date needs to be changed until it gets fixed as I cannot use until it's resolved.
