I received NBN modem, but there hasn't been any notification of installation. On the status page, it says that installation is in progressing, but there hasn't been any emails or furthur notices. It's been a few days since I spoke about the technical issue with the modem, and the staff told that she will put this as an urgent case as it is so. But there has been no call or sms since then.
