No internet connection

Hi!

My ADSL service is not working foe past 2 days. I noticed that my Internet and wired lights are off. I have tried reseting my modem, changing cables and connections. Can someone please assist?

Hi Patlarry79,

 

I'm sorry to hear that, I tried searching your TPG account using your community name but I was not successful. Is the DSL light flashing/off on the modem? Can you PM your username to me so we can check the back end?
