No internet connection

I have continuously had drop outs with this connection, usually the internet comes back after 10 minutes and some modem resets. However this time it has been disconnected for nearing 24 hours. I have wifi and the modem appears to be working correctly, but the internet just isnt coming on. I suspect an ossue with your line. When the internet does work, i get speeds FAR below what I am paying for (middle of the night, one device cknnected, max 10mbps). I want the service i paid for, with the speed i am paying for.

If you're having issues with NBN service, we recommend the best thing to do first is check if there's an outage on the NBN network.

Troubleshooting no internet connection
 

In this particular case, there was a known issue in NBN Co's network causing the service not to work. The issue was escalated by our Engineering Team to NBN Co. An NBN Technician will be scheduled to check your service, further updates will be provided when it becomes available via SMS or Phone call.
