Get online support
I have a Netcomm N300 Wifi, not sure why I am not able to get internet connection to any device.
I have green lights for WAN and WiFi
I have restarted the modem
I have reset the modem
I have checked any NBN maintence in my area and there isn't any.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
Has the Netcomm been working before and has just stopped or is it a new device you are trying to get working?
If it's new or you have tried to reset it, you have to enter your TPG username and password in the Internet configuration section.
