Get online support

No internet connection

Level 2
No connection since after 6am this morning (>12hrs now). Tried every troubleshooting method (reset modem, restart NBN box, hard reset on modem settings to restart connection). Tried using ADSL2+ without NBN box to no avail too.

Checked all outages and on tpg website and NBN. No known servicing and outages in my area in the past week till present and in the future.

Lodged a fault ticket but no response to rectify the issue the entire day. Please advise.
