I've had no connectivity to internet since 24/02 midday. The power light on the modem is on and the downstream light is flashing. The other two lights are off. I've tried turning the modem off and on numerous times. Tried the hard reset too. But still no luck. Any pointers?

In this case, we've seen that this issue has been escalated to our Engineering Team and raised to NBN Co. An NBN technician is scheduled to fix the fault with your service. Further updates will be provided by one of our Engineers via SMS or Phone call when it becomes available.
