This is getting ridiculous!
Have not had internet for 2 weeks. Tried calling TPG for 2 weeks straight. Keep saying they are experiencing high volumes of call and will call me back once it’s my turn in the queue. It’s been 2 weeks!!!! Will be lodging a complaint and will be switching if this does not get sorted! Extremely dissatisfied with this service!
Have gone online to check address for outage, which is useless as it won’t recognise my address!
