Hi, I have had no internet connection for the last week. If I turn off the modem and turn it on again I will get 15 minutes if I’m lucky of extremely slow wifi (5.1 download, 0.6 upload) then it drops out. Today I am asked for the network security key so I type in my password. “Some information changed since the last time you connected”. I changed the password, still won’t accept it. Please help.
Last week I was told there is a problem with wireless adapter or access point. A network cable is not properly plugged in or may be broken”. Pushed everything in, still no good. Even tried Ethernet cable, much the same. I need internet to order groceries, pharmacy etc. as I am isolated due to COVID-19. Please help.
