No internet for nbn

Since last night, NBN box has only the power light on and the other lights are off. Although I have contacted TPG and the case was sent to engineering team and still waiting for updates. Just wondering if anyone has the same problem

We'll chase this up with our Engineering Team and have your case engineer be in touch with you at the soonest time today. Kindly PM us your TPG customer ID or username and we can take it from there.

I have just received SMS with case number but no ETA. I don't have the customer id. Only the login id

I have a case number but after more than 24 hours of outage I still have no update on when the problem will be resolved
