Get online support

No internet in Bateman Western Australia

Haven’t had internet since Friday. Emailed TPG Customer Support but no reply. This is the worst time to have no internet at home. Please advise, thanks!

Hi rcl1932,

 

My apologies if you are not able to reach our support people.,Have you tried to power off NTD (black box) for 5 min, and power it on at the same time than router?

There is a quick guide for check for some outages on the area.

Note

The 4 lights on the black box have to be green.

Have done all you suggested- checked my address and it said no TPG outage, no NBN OUTAGE. I’ve emailed and rang Customer Service - no successful results 😩

Still no internet connection! I have emailed and finally got a reply from TPG Helpdesk Email Team which suggested to get in touch with you - community.tpg.com.au - who/which hasn’t given positive results. Please help!
