Hi,
I have no internet and my NBN box only showing the power light on and the downstream light blinking. I can't see from NBN website that there is any outage in my area. Does any one else have the same problem? is the issue is with TPG?

Thanks for raising this to us, we're able to locate the account and ran an initial test it shows the service is connected for 1h 54m.
