Thanks for raising this to us, we ran an initial test to the service it shows that it has been connected for 11h 44m, in the event that you're still having issues with the connection please update this thread so we can proceed with further investigation.

It might be ok now. But it has gone it 8 times in 4 weeks. My tv friends on the internet.
