Worst service again…Tired..

I’m TPG user….since 2018.
I was using NBN well, and TPG recommended 5g home broadband. So I changed…But my house is not a 5g area!!! Verified by Vodafone. Finally I found my 5g line was not stable, so I applied to use nbn again. I applied the day after nbn was canceled. But they promised me that they would connect me in 48 hours. But two weeks have already passed... It is said that the engineer will be sent on the 31st of this month... so I even asked to let me use 5g internet until my new nbn is activated, but it was rejected.
What is their service? First, my house is not in a 5g area, so they tricked me. I checked with Vodafone.
Second, why is there a problem with nbn, which was used only two weeks ago? Why does an engineer visit my house!!!
Why do they turn down my request so irresponsibly?
