No internet light on modem

 Hi,

 

I'm currently experiencing an Internet connection issue since 12:30 pm, and I have checked your website you don't have a planned workaround for Chatswood.

 

I have also restarted my modem several times already but still has an issue.

 

The modem's DSL light is on, but no internet light. Could you please check my connection?
