No internet light on

Hi,

Today we received an email stating our service is now active. I have plugged on the modem, waiting 30 minutes and no internet light has appeared. I turned it off and on again waited 30 minutes, still no light.

I have logged into the modem settings and entered my details manually, still no internet light.
