No internet light on

Hi, I just got a modem and a call from you that the confirmation of the internet activation today. I set up the modem as per the instructions of your guide but there is no internet lights on so far. I did reset the modem and checked a cable plugged in correctly. Hopefully it can be solved asap. Thanks.
