No internet, new installation

Hello.. we had a new NBN installation today but unfortunately have no internet connection. Apparently it is a NBN issue and I have to wait until Monday the 21st for a technician to come out. This is a huge huge problem for me as I study uni via online study and cannot afford to be set back that far. Can anything else be done or escalated quicker?

Case has been endorsed to NBN as our Engineers detected an issue with the line being managed by NBN co. 


Your appointment has been rescheduled successfully by our Engineering team on Friday, 18 January 2019, 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM. Currently, this is the earliest appointment we can grab from NBN.
