Get online support

No internet no landline not working

No internet connection and landline in my place.Moorooka it’s been 2 days today.Not sure whats going on and not able to contact the IT tpg support even chat nobody is responding.

Hi,

Can you check your nbn black arris box because i have done remote test and found that your nbn ntd box is offline so make sure its power ON.
